Title: The (some kind of) Virus!
(in game, "(some kind of)" may be replaced by an arbitrary quantity of scary buzzwords like "Space", "Mutant", "Crazy", "Intergalactic", "Doomy", "Neoconservative", etc.

Game: Wolfenstein in OGL.

Race: Against the virus, which converts ground tiles into EVIL VILLAINOUS STRESS ... thingies.

Enemies: Monsters.

Plot: Superhero must SAVE THE WORLD by racing against the virus, um, to the castle of Dr. Ingenious, who would make everything peachy if only he knew it wasn't already.

("Slaps and Bennies")
Powerdowns: Stress-virus + migraine + stress monsters are anti-relaxing; they cause (1) jerkiness, so the player's vision and position jitters more with more stress or (2) weakened superpowers -- can't the good spells when nerves are breaking down. Stress is cumulative.

Powerups: Unstress  &&  superpower strengthen.

Powerdown and powerup are both time delimited, and cancel each other. Stress / Unstress is not time delimited.

Artistic: Relaxation sounds should correlate to low-stress periods of gameplay & collection of unstress powerups.

International Support:
Long language menu, but all options but english (variety) are just english in all caps. We are so witty. HAHA.

If stress reaches 100%, you lose; stress should creep up as the player plays the level such that if they spend too much time anywhere they will lose.
